One word: Drivers. I had the same issue, updated my graphics drivers and BOOM, FPS went back to normal. Also, check for any Windows updates. Sometimes it's the simple things.

Got hit by the sudden FPS drop in Valorant? No worries, I've been there. First thing, check if your PC meets the game's minimum requirements. If you're all good there, try updating your graphics drivers - those old drivers are sneaky culprits for FPS drops. Also, don't forget to close unnecessary background apps; they love to eat up your resources. If you're still struggling, tinker with the game's graphics settings. Lowering them can give your FPS a nice boost without sacrificing too much on the game's beauty.

Honestly, check for dust. I cleaned out my PC and was shocked at how much dust had built up. After a good clean, Valorant ran smoothly again. Dust = FPS enemy.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
