Delta 04 error can be super annoying! Try restarting your router and the game. It often fixes connection issues.
I had this issue too. Just fast travel to a safe house or another location on the map. Sometimes, it's all you need to reset the connection.
Stop playing and go touch some grass. Kidding! But seriously, sometimes you just need to take a break and come back later. The servers might be overloaded.
