First, make sure to unplug the power brick from both the outlet and your Xbox One. Wait at least 10 seconds and then plug it back in. This can reset the brick and often fixes the issue. If it’s still not working, check if the light on the brick is orange or off—it's supposed to be white when functioning correctly. If it's orange or off, you might need a replacement. Good luck!

Try plugging the power brick into a different outlet to rule out any socket issues. If the brick still isn’t working, give it a hard reset by unplugging it for a bit. If nothing changes, you may need to get a new one. Had to replace mine last year!

Honestly, if your power brick isn't lighting up at all, it's probably dead. Time for a new one.

Sometimes the power brick just needs a break! Unplug it from everything, wait about 10-20 seconds, and then reconnect. It worked for me when I had the same issue!

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
