Sorry, bud. Once you've done the Genocide run, it leaves a permanent mark on your save file鈥攅ven after resetting! The only way to truly fix it is by editing or deleting your save file manually. Proceed with caution!
First-hand experience here: I did a Genocide run, regretted it, and had to delete my 'undertale.ini' and 'file0' save files in the game directory. Just make backups first!
You can't really fix Undertale completely after a Genocide run. It's designed to remind you of your choices, even after a True Reset.
