Make sure your firewall or antivirus isn't blocking Valorant. Sometimes these programs see it as a threat and slow down your connection to the game.

High ping in Valorant? First thing, check your internet connection. A wired connection beats WiFi for stability. Close background apps hogging bandwidth. If that doesn't help, try restarting your router. Sometimes it needs a little nap. Also, check for server issues on Riot's status page. If it's on their end, all you can do is wait.
Honestly, just get better internet. If you've tried everything else and your ping is still high, it might be time to upgrade your plan or switch providers.
