Just turn off your firewall while you play! (But seriously, add an exception instead to stay safe.)
I had this issue too. What worked for me was enabling UPnP in my router settings. Just be careful and look up how if you鈥檙e not sure.
TBH, just disable the firewall when playing Warframe. Not the safest route, but it does the trick.
Firewall problem? Might be worth checking if your router's NAT type is strict. Changing it to open can help sometimes.
