Just push and jump on one of the tires. Works like a charm if you have some patience and balance (or luck!).
From my experience, using the 'move' tool and a bit of patience has always worked. Click on different parts of the truck, especially the wheels!
Honestly, just reset your character. You'll lose your lumber but it's quicker than fiddling forever with a flipped truck.
