Just be nice to her and agree with most of what she says. When the 'flirt' option pops up, hit it but don't overdo it. Wait till she's really into you.
Pfft, why bother? There are better companions than Piper to flirt with. Just sayin'.
Been there, done that. Gotta say, patience is key. Help her out, always have her back, and when the game gives you that flirt option, take it. Worked for me after a few quests and lots of sweet talk!
