Forcing a close on the Steam Deck is pretty straightforward. Just press and hold the 'Power' button for a few seconds until the power menu shows up. Then, select 'Shut Down' or 'Restart.' Works like a charm when a game decides to throw a tantrum and not close the regular way!

Just hit the power button and hold it down. Bam, menu pops up, hit restart or shut down. Easiest way to deal with apps that don't wanna quit.

Honestly, I almost never have to force close anything on my Steam Deck. But when I do, pressing and holding the power button for a sec does the trick. It's like the universal
