Hey there! On PC, just press the 'End' key on your keyboard to force end your turn. If you're using a controller, you'll usually need to press the 'RT' or 'R2' trigger to bring up the action wheel and select the 'End Turn' button. Happy alien hunting!

From my experience, you can press the 'End' key on your keyboard to force end the turn instantly. This can save you in a pinch when you absolutely need it!
