Settings > Network > About > Forget Network. Done and done.
Go to Settings > System > Advanced system settings > Network connection reset. This will forget all Wi-Fi networks and reset network settings.
Pro tip: Try System restart after forgetting the network. Sometimes a good reboot works wonders!
