To form an alliance in Warframe, first you need to create a clan or join an existing one. Once that's set, the clan's Warlord can invite other clans to form an alliance. Easy peasy!

You gotta be a Clan Warlord to form an alliance. Just go to your Clan Dojo, open the menu, and send out invites to other clans.
Been there, done that! Gather your friends, create a clan, then have your Warlord reach out to other clans. Worked like a charm for us!
Forming an alliance in Warframe under armistice ain't happening, bud. The armistice rules don't allow new alliances. Maybe after it gets lifted?
