Friending in Animal Crossing is super simple! First, you gotta make sure you and your buddy both have a Nintendo Switch Online subscription. Then, one of you needs to open your island gate at the airport and invite the other to visit. When your friend's chilling on your island, just open your NookPhone, select the 'Best Friends app', and send them a friend request. Bam! You're now Animal Crossing buds.

Hot take: Just meet up at the island and add each other. No need to complicate things. Just enjoy the game!

From personal experience, the easiest way I've found is visiting each other's islands through the airport. After that, you can easily add them through the Best Friends app on your NookPhone. It's a great way to keep in touch and share resources!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
