To friend someone on Splatoon 3, you've gotta hop on your Nintendo Switch, open your user page, and find the 'Add Friend' option. From there, you can search using their Switch Friend Code or accept friend requests you've received. Once you're Switch buddies, you can easily join their inky battles!

Honestly, just swap Switch Friend Codes. Splatoon's about splatting, not friending!

I just added my buddy in Splatoon 3 by sharing our Friend Codes on the Switch. Super easy, and now we're splatting together! Just remember, you can't do it from the game directly. It's all on the Nintendo Switch's friend system.
