How to full screen Fallout 4 on PC

If Alt + Enter doesn't do the trick for you (it should, though), check your Fallout4Prefs.ini file in your Documents\My Games\Fallout4 folder. Look for bTopMostWindow=1 and bMaximizeWindow=1. Change them to bFull Screen=1 and iSize H=XXXX and iSize W=YYYY based on your screen's resolution. Save it, and make the file read-only to keep the game from changing it back. Bit more technical, but it gives you control.
Honestly, just play in windowed mode. Full screen is overrated and you can alt-tab way easier this way.
