How to fully reset Undertale after Genocide
To completely reset Undertale after a Genocide run, you have to delete the save files manually. Go to the game's save directory (usually found in 'C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\Local\UNDERTALE' on Windows) and delete the contents. On Mac, it's in '~/Library/Application Support/com.tobyfox.undertale/'. But beware, it's like erasing your memories in the game!

Just uninstall and then reinstall the game. Boom, clean slate. Easy peasy.
If you want a fresh start post-Genocide, delete the 'system_information_962' file found in the same save file directory. This completely wipes the slate clean, kinda like defragging your soul!
When I needed to reset, I just nuked the whole 'UNDERTALE' folder in AppData and it worked like a charm. Not recommended if you're sentimental about save files, though!
