Just hack it! You need at least level 2 hacking skill. If you don't have it, time to level up or find a friend who can do it for you.
Honestly, everyone's making a big deal out of it, but it's not that hard. Follow the main quests, upgrade your hacking, and bam, you're in. Too much fuss for something pretty straightforward if you ask me.
