First, make sure your Xbox Series S is connected to a 120Hz capable TV or monitor via HDMI 2.1. Then, go to Settings > General > TV & display options > Refresh rate and set it to 120Hz. Finally, in Fortnite’s settings menu, toggle on the 120 FPS mode.

No need for fancy tricks, just hit up the game’s settings and enable 120 FPS mode, assuming your display supports it. Enjoy smooth sailing!

I tried this and it worked: Hook your Xbox Series S up to a 120Hz monitor, change the refresh rate in settings, and enable the 120 FPS mode in Fortnite. Feels like butter!

Dude, you gotta make sure your HDMI cable and monitor support 120Hz first! Then, just tweak those settings in both Xbox and Fortnite.

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
