To hit 120 FPS on your PS5 while playing Apex Legends, you gotta make sure you've got a few things lined up first! Firstly, ensure your PS5 is hooked up to a 120Hz monitor or TV that actually supports 120 FPS. Then, dive into your PS5's system settings and enable 'Performance Mode' over 'Resolution Mode' to prioritize frame rate. Remember, Apex itself needs to support 120 FPS gameplay on PS5, so keep an eye out for any game updates or patches that unlock higher frame rates!

No way, you can't get 120 FPS on Apex Legends with a PS5. It caps at 60 FPS last I checked. Better stick to PC if FPS is what you're after.

Got it running smooth at 120 FPS here! Had to make sure my TV was actually up to the task, not all of them can handle the heat. Hooked my PS5 up to a beastly 120Hz display, switched the game settings, and voil脿! Like butter.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
