The 15x scope isn't available in traditional matches in PUBG Mobile, but you can find it in the special War Mode or certain custom rooms!

From personal experience, I've only seen the 15x scope in War Mode and custom rooms. It's rare, but oh so satisfying when you get your hands on one!
