To get the 2nd form of Pole in Blox Fruits, you need to defeat Thunder God (Enel) at Skylands and obtain the Rumble Fruit. Once you have it, reach 180 mastery with Pole (1st form). Voil脿, Pole (2nd form) unlocked!
Basically, you need to beat Thunder God and master up your Pole to 180. Simple, but not easy. Happy farming!
From personal experience, focus on leveling up with quests. Then defeat Thunder God, farm lots of mastery, and you鈥檒l get that 2nd form!
