There's no such thing as 5-star weapons in Fallout 76, guys. You can only get up to 3 stars. Just grind those legendary enemies and hope RNGesus is on your side.
Actually, 5-star legendary weapons don't exist in Fallout 76 yet. Stick to hunting 3-star legendaries - they're the best you can get right now. Keep your gear updated, and fingers crossed Bethesda might surprise us in the future!
