You can find the bomb in your tools menu. Look for the icon that looks like a cartoon bomb and click it to equip.
To get a bomb in Brookhaven, you just have to go to the backpack icon on the left of your screen, then select 'Tools', and you'll see the bomb there. Boom, you're ready!
Just hit the backpack icon on the side of the screen, scroll down to tools, and you'll spot the bomb right there.
