Getting a chopper in GTA 5 is easier than you might think! You can usually find one at the Vespucci Helipad, that's on the west side of the city, right near the coast. If it's not there, check out the Los Santos International Airport, there are usually a few spawned there. Another surefire spot is the Sandy Shores airfield. Just remember, if you take one from a guarded area, you might end up with a wanted level!

Steal it, obviously! Just kidding, you can buy one from Elit谩s Travel website in the game if you've got the cash. Otherwise, sneak into any helipad or airport. There's almost always a chopper waiting for a joyride.
