You actually can't create a custom tag for yourself in Valorant, sadly. The tag next to your username is automatically assigned and is based on your Riot ID. You can change your Riot ID, which includes both your username and the tag (the four digits after the #), every 30 days via the Riot account management page. So, while you cannot create a purely custom tag, you can shuffle through tags by changing your Riot ID until you find one you like!

Nah, you're outta luck if you want a totally custom tag. Valorant decides it for you. Just keep changing your Riot ID every now and then for a different tag. Who knows, you might land on something cool.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
