Sorry to break it to ya, but you can't have a Deathclaw as a pet or companion in Fallout 76. The closest you can get is taming various creatures for your C.A.M.P. with the 'Animal Friend' and 'Wasteland Whisperer' perks. While you can tame some pretty wild creatures, Deathclaws just aren't on the pet list.
As someone who's spent countless hours in the wastelands, I've dreamed of having a Deathclaw buddy too. Sadly, Fallout 76 doesn't let us have Deathclaw companions. But, on the bright side, taming other creatures adds a unique charm to your C.A.M.P. and gives you a kind of companionship, even if it's not the Deathclaw dream.
Actually, having a Deathclaw as a companion would be terrifying - imagine trying to feed it! Good thing Fallout 76 doesn't let that happen.
