Had the same issue! If the eject button isn't doing the trick, try holding it down for about 10 seconds. Should do the job!
PSA: If nothing else works, there's a manual eject screw on the PS4. Google for detailed steps, but basically, it involves a small screwdriver and some patience.
You can also go to the settings menu, then devices, and select 'Eject Disc.' Works like a charm!
