You need to go to the Home Store, tap on the Pet tab, and you'll find the dog house there. Just buy and place it in your yard!

Check the Pet section in the Home Store. If you have enough Simoleons or LP, you can buy a dog house there.

First, make sure you have enough Simoleons or LP. Then, head to the Home Store, click on Pets, and voila! Pick your dog house.
