I got my Ghazt by breeding an Entbrat with a Bowgart after about 20 attempts. It's worth the effort!
To get a Ghazt, try breeding an Entbrat with a T-Rox, Bowgart, Clamble, or Pummel. Just be prepared for it to take a few tries – the chances are pretty slim!
Patience is key! Breed an Entbrat with any 3-element monster and cross your fingers for some good luck!
