Sorry to break it to you, but you can't really get a 'girlfriend' in Terraria like you would in some RPGs. However, you can interact with female NPCs like the Nurse, Dryad, and Party Girl who have their own unique personalities and can live in your houses. Just keep building awesome houses and making your world inviting, and you'll have plenty of NPCs wanting to hang out.

Hot take: Why focus on getting a 'girlfriend' when you can summon and defeat epic bosses? Terraria's all about that adventure and building life. Priorities, people!

Actually, I tried giving the Dryad a bouquet of flowers I crafted, hoping for some special interaction. Didn't work, but she's still one of my favorite NPCs to have around for the buffs and items she provides. So, not quite a girlfriend, but definitely a crucial ally!

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
