From personal experience, I caught my Golurk during a Halloween event. Keep an eye on event announcements; they often feature rare Pokémon.
You can get a Golurk by evolving a Golett! You’ll need 50 Golett candies. Good luck, trainer!
Look out for Golett in the wild, especially during special events or ghost-type-themed events. They’re also sometimes in eggs.
