To get a Helminth Cyst in Warframe, you'll need to have a Warframe that's not immune to it, like a new one you haven't used much. Simply visit other players' infected Orbiter's using the 'create/join session' system, and eventually, you'll catch it like a bad cold!

Just be patient, tenno! Equip a non-immune 'frame and hang out in public lobbies. Those cysts spread faster than rumors on the forums!

TL;DR Stand next to infected players with a non-immune Warframe. Boom, cyst for ya!

Honestly, it's kinda gross but effective: get your Warframe infected by interacting with the Helminth in other players' ships. Might take some time, but you'll get there!
