tbh, just join a big multiplayer server and trade for it. Someone out there's gotta be willing to trade a Jet Dragon for something you've got. Way easier than catching one yourself.
Jet Dragon? Good luck, haha! Seriously though, focus on upgrading your gear and Pals first. Without a decent setup, you'll barely scratch it. Also, patience is key. It took me days to finally catch mine. Totally worth it though!
