First, raise four of the same pet to full grown. Then make those Neons and merge them for the Mega Neon at the cave!
Here's the short version: Raise 16 pets to adulthood, make them into 4 Neons, and combine those into a Mega Neon.
I did this last week! You need to age up 16 pets total, then combine four Neons. It takes time but it's worth it!
