It takes some grinding! Raise 16 pets of the same type to full-grown and combine them into four Neons. Then merge those Neons in the Neon Cave.
Trade, trade, trade! Sometimes you can get a Mega Pet by offering other valuable items or pets to other players.
Raise pets by feeding, playing, and completing tasks. It's a long process, but totally worth it to get that Mega Neon glow.
