You can't actually hire a nanny in The Sims FreePlay. Instead, just make sure your Sims' needs are met, and have other Sims help out with the kids!

Sadly, there's no nanny option in The Sims FreePlay, but you can use the Day Care Center to keep your little ones occupied when needed.
