Sorry, you can't have multiple houses on one plot, but you can always build and rebuild as many times as you want!
To get another house on one plot in Bloxburg, you can either buy an extra plot with Robux or use the Bulldoze tool to clear your current plot and build a new house! Your call!
Just bulldoze your current house if you want to start fresh. Yeah, it feels drastic, but it's kind of satisfying too!
