To get a perfect Pokemon, look for ones with the highest IVs (Individual Values)! When caught, they can be appraised by your team leader to see if they hit that perfect mark of 15 in Attack, Defense, and Stamina. Keep an eye out for special events with boosted IV rates!

Honestly? Getting a perfect Pokemon is mostly luck. Just keep catching and checking IVs. One will show up eventually.

You gotta hatch a ton of eggs and pray to the RNG gods! High IV Pokemon can often come from 10km or 12km eggs.
