The only way to get a personality for your Sim is by purchasing the Personality Bundle in the store. No free options here, unfortunately.

To get a personality on The Sims FreePlay, you just need to have a toddler Sim and buy the Personality Bundle from the in-game store. This bundle unlocks different personalities you can assign to your toddler!
