Click on the photo to open it, then right-click and select 'Save image as...'. It's that simple!
To get a photo off Facebook, simply click on the photo, click 'Options' in the bottom right, and hit 'Download.' Done!
You could just take a screenshot but downloading is more straightforward and gives better quality.
Back in my day, we just right-clicked the photo and selected 'Save image as...' – still works like a charm!
