First, you'll need to get your hands on a Royal Egg or an Ultra-Rare Pet Egg. Hatch those and cross your fingers for a poodle!
Just buy a Royal Egg and hope you get lucky!
I'm not sure about any new updates, but poodles might be in a special egg or available during events. Keep an eye out!
