Pools in FreePlay are expensive, so make sure you've saved up a good amount of Simoleons and possibly Lifestyle Points for added features.
First, you have to unlock the swimming pool feature by progressing in the game until you reach the appropriate level, then save up enough Simoleons to build it.
Trust me, getting a pool isn't too hard! Just reach level 20, open the home store, and splurge on that backyard oasis. Enjoy those swim parties!
