To get a PS4 refund, go to the PlayStation Store website, navigate to the 'Support' section, and look for 'Request a Refund.' Make sure your purchase falls within the 14-day window and you haven’t downloaded it yet.
If you bought something on the PS4 and need a refund, go to PlayStation Support on their website and request a refund. You have to do it within 14 days and the game must not be downloaded.
