Raid eggs appear on top of gyms before the raid starts. Just find a gym and wait for an egg to show up if there's none already there.

You don't actually get to obtain raid eggs yourself, but you can find them at gyms! Keep an eye on the map to spot a nearby gym with an egg. They appear before a raid starts and hatch into a raid boss. Good luck!
