The easiest way to get a scythe in Warframe is to buy one directly from the market with Platinum. If you're short on Platinum, consider trading with other players to get some.
Farm those boss fights, Tenno! Certain enemies drop parts for scythes, and you can find blueprints as mission rewards or from Clan Research.
Honestly, just use a sword. It's quicker and more versatile. But if you really want that scythe, check out Nekros's signature scythe, the Reaper Prime!
