You can't buy the Shadow Dragon directly anymore since it was a limited-time event pet. Try trading with other players and offer some valuable pets or items.
When I got my Shadow Dragon, I had to trade a couple of other legendary pets and some in-game items. Be prepared for some serious bargaining!
Just get lucky with trades. Seriously, you can't buy it anymore, so hope someone wants to trade theirs!
