It's not possible to get a Sim pregnant in The Sims FreePlay. You can only add a baby directly using a crib.

First, make sure your Sims have a high relationship status, like Partners or Married. Then, buy a crib from the Home Store and place it in your home. Finally, select the option 'Add a Baby' when you tap on the crib!

As someone who has done this a bunch of times, you just need to make your Sims partners or married first. Then, purchase and place a crib. The 'Add Baby' option will do the rest!

If you're a The Sims Freeplay player looking for extra Simoleons or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in The Sims Freeplay essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
