Just tweak the settings, duh! Go to settings, hit 'Crosshair' and make those 'Inner Lines' and 'Outer Lines' as thin and short as you want. Smaller crosshair = better headshots. EZ.
Honestly, why bother? Big or small, it's all about how you use it! ? But if you must, settings > crosshair tab is your friend. Go wild!
