To get Smeargle in Pokémon GO, take photos of your Pokémon using the in-game camera. Smeargle sometimes photobombs your pictures, and when it does, you can catch it!

From personal experience, I found that Smeargle appears more often when snapping pics of your favorite Pokémon. Just keep snapping away!

Just keep taking snapshots of your Pokémon in AR mode. Smeargle might crash your photoshoot and then you can catch it!

Take photos in the AR camera mode. When you see Smeargle photobombing, exit the camera and catch it—simple as that!

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
