If you want a specific Warframe fast, check the in-game Market. You can buy Warframes directly with Platinum (paid currency). But farming them is more fun and rewarding!
To get a specific Warframe, you usually need to farm for its blueprints by defeating certain bosses or completing specific quests. Once you have the blueprints, gather the required materials and craft it in your Foundry.
Forget grinding! Just buy the Prime Access packs if you want to skip the whole farming process.
